A Day in the Life of the Membership Coordinator

As a Membership Coordinator, you will be responsible for entering membership and activity information into a database, answering phones, communicating with parents and youth, taking payments, and interacting with and mentoring youth.

Responsibilities include

• Be adaptable and flexible to change
• Oversee the lobby and monitor the main entrance to the facility
• Assist the administrative office in translation services, including translating documents, policies, social media, etc.
• Assume other responsibilities as assigned by supervisors

Skills Required

• High school diploma, some college preferred
• Speaks English at an idiomatic level
• Fluent in Spanish
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to interact appropriately with various personalities
• Experience working with youth is a plus
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to pass Drug Screening
• Be CPR and First Aid certified (arranged by the company)
• Obtain a valid Food Handler’s permit as required (arranged by company)
• Be adaptable and flexible to change

Membership Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
