America’s First Network Credit Union is seeking a part-time Member Service Representative (25 - 32 hours a week) based at our Trumbull location (may assist at other locations in Connecticut as needed). Your schedule will consist of three full days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) and one 1/2 day (Friday) with flexibility to cover for staff absences at other locations.

As a part-time MSR, you will assist members with their financial transactions while providing friendly, professional, personal service. The ideal candidate will be well organized, detail-oriented and accurate, with good communication skills, a general understanding of PCs with Windows-based applications, and calculators. Courtesy, tact and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Previous experience in a credit union or banking environment is a plus.
