Our office is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team. Medical Receptionists must possess strong communication skills and excellent customer service abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer telephones.
• Use good judgment and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
• Arrange appointments for patients.
• Conduct basic clerical duties such as typing, filing, and faxing.
• Demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology.
• Collect payments from patients.
• Verify insurance information of patients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
