Dayton Outpatient Center is seeking candidates for Front Desk Specialist in our Pain management division. This position is responsible for all aspects of the front desk and schedule process. Responsible for greeting patients, taking payments and documenting account activity with the AthenaHealth EMR. Provides the highest level of customer service to internal and external clients.
This is a full time position with full benefits. We have offices on Woodman Dr. in Dayton, Fairborn, Westchester and Greenville, Ohio.
DUTIES
1. Performs daily activities of greeting patients, taking payments and documenting in the EMR.
2. Provide outstanding customer service to patients and develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and other external customers.
5. Document all account activity and correspond to inquires in a timely manner.
7. Communicates and works effectively with colleagues from other departments.
8. Follows written and verbal communications.
9. Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
