Position Summary: The Media Services Manager is responsible for creating and maximizing awareness for the brands in Silver Eagle’s growing portfolio throughout the greater Houston market. This role will partner closely with Key Company Leaders, business partners and customer accounts to execute media strategies across all mediums and at special events.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create, coordinate, and execute Silver Eagle’s traditional, digital and social media strategy including overseeing content, brand management, digital marketing, research and performance analytics
  • Manage a weekly social media content calendar and identify creative assets needed to implement the day-to-day execution of the Company’s social media strategy
  • Monitor conversations on Company pages and engage with incoming customer questions and feedback
  • Create and manage in-house content for social platforms and website, to include photography, videography, graphics and digital artwork
  • Develop close working relationships with external suppliers, agencies and partners
  • Support the Sales teams by coordinating and communicating the execution of media retail promotions
  • Collaborate with HR on digital recruitment plans for social platforms
  • Maintain open lines of communication with community leaders and civic groups
  • Build, grow and enhance partnership relationships with key social influencers to connect with consumers
  • Participate in strategic planning and tactical execution of Supplier partners’ media plans
  • Localize brand programs and content for social amplification across market segments
  • Ensure execution with maximum exposure in TV, radio, out-of-home (OOH), print, social and digital buys and promotions
  • Solicit, provide and approve RFPs with specs for branded radio copy, creative and digital assets accordingly
  • Assess OOH locations, provide feedback, and evaluate for unit replacements, as needed
  • Manage assigned budgets effectively and consistently looks for ways to increase efficiencies and reduce costs
  • Evaluate, negotiate, contract and activate all media, assigned special event programs, and all related retail activities
  • Prepare analytics to evaluate media activities, engagement and make recommendations to improve the return on digital investments
  • Monitor competitive activity and inform company management of any issues related to media executions, pricing, packaging, marketing and promotions
  • Attend designated Company events, capture real time coverage for social platforms, and manage the Company photo booth at designated events
  • Adhere to all state and federal anti-trust legislation and T.A.B.C guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field
  • 6 years sales and marketing management experience preferred; knowledge of the beverage market, a strong plus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish reading, writing and comprehension, preferred
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills; experience with WordPress and Meltwater, a plus
  • Proficiency & well-rounded understanding across all Social Media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat
  • Proven ability to be adaptable to various competing demands and demonstrate the highest level of customer service and response
  • Independent and organized work style; effectively manage time and priorities; assume and manage multiple tasks and projects without close supervision; adapt to change
  • Highly motivated and willing to take the initiative in all responsibilities
  • Able to handle alcohol, and work within T.A.B.C Guidelines
  • Must have a cell phone with data capability

The Physical Requirements:

  • Talk, hear, and see (including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus)
  • May performs light to medium work exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects
  • This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment
  • Exposure to indoor and outdoor weather conditions including high and low temperatures, wind, ice, humidity, rain, fog, hail, sleet and snow
  • Daylight, twilight, evening and dark lighting conditions
  • Noise, vibration, dust, dirt, airborne particles, fumes
  • In person travel within the service territories of Silver Eagle required
  • Able to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Work hours will vary daily due to business needs
