We’re looking for a competitive, passionate, and goal-oriented Construction Sales Manager to join our fast-growing company. In this role, you’ll be tasked with quickly and aggressively building a sales pipeline and developing a high-performance team. You must be comfortable working as both a team player and a coach and possess the skills to produce sales as well as train and motivate a dynamic team towards success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, Hire, and Train new Insurance and Retail Sales Reps.
  • Maintain responsibility for performance of all sales activities within an assigned territory.
  • Establish and strategically build a solid customer base.

· Recruit, train, and motivate a Sales team toward hitting specified sales goals.·

Set team goals and conduct quarterly performance reviews with all team members.

  • Assist in collection of payments.
  • Track Sales Reps and report goals, and progress.
  • Report weekly to CEO and Management Team on sales production.
  • Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals.
  • Lead by example, using the established sales processes, and close a high percentage of the leads that you and your team generate.

·Quality Control- Assist with client communication and address concerns.· Continually analyze the sales process to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework.

  • Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.

· Run appointments, inspections, and makes follow up calls.· Assist with procuring sub-contractors.

  • Handle client issues as they arise.
  • Achieve Weekly sales quota of new contracts.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5 + years of sales experience in roofing industry and knowledge of construction and/or building materials.

  • 4 + years of team management experience

  • Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships.

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
