We are looking for an experienced Marketing Associate to help us keep growing. This position will work closely with the Leasing and the Development teams.

Responsibilities - As Marketing Associate you will manage and maintain Google Business Profiles for our current and future the multi-family, commercial and self-storage facilities. You will be responsible to create and update all print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, email blasts, contact lists, etc. Create, update and maintain company-wide websites, social media pages, and incentive programs. . In addition, you will be responsible for the preparation of slideshow presentations for Neighborhood meetings as well as, Planning Boards meetings.

Salary: $38,000-$68,000

Qualifications -

= 1 to 5 years experience in the Marketing field.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.

• Exceptional knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Social Media platforms and Go Daddy website design.

• Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Marketing or Design)
