Takes a leadership role in meeting customer needs. Serves as a role model/mentor and provides leadership in the areas of customer service.
What you will do to contribute to the company's success
- Oversees the activity of Sales Operations Analysts and teams.
- Works with sales and other business partners to understand objectives, priorities, challenges and process / system issues.
- Designs and manages comprehensive process redesign, evaluation and other initiatives.
- Drives development of insight-driven reports for targeted distribution to Sales teams and leaders.
- Works with designated sales leadership to ensure reports and analyses are effectively communicated, understood and factored into strategic planning and decision-making.
- Ensures data and information are collected, stored and available for organizational use and future decision-making.
- Manages development and implementation of sales force productivity improvement initiatives, including training, performance assessment, incentive feedback and other targeted approaches.
