Position Description:

• Overseeing & coordinating of all activities on a job site, Duties include coordinating of subcontractors & Advantex team members, perform quality control & safety checks and provide on-site directions.
• Coordinate material deliveries on site & handle material returns, with vendors & suppliers.
• Manage techniques on-site that are cost effective and efficient, so the projects move along within budget and with quality and workmanship expected by industry standards. Bonus paid on meeting preset goals
• Coordinate and oversee that all projects to be completed in a timely, efficient manner.
• Must be able to calmly track multiple ongoing jobs
• Planning, scheduling & managing jobsite materials Recurring site visits and updates from project crew foremen for material needed, changes or delays in project
• Knowledge to inspect and ensure attention to detail and quality
• Ability to convey information concepts and concerns to people with differing communication styles
• Coordinating subcontractors, and crews
• Quality control of crew/s workmanshipCoordinate with sales team on additional requests from homeowner/contractor
• Document project discrepancy between budget and actual
• Ensure customer satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
