Five Star Sheets, LLC, a New Carlisle based corrugated manufacturer focused on safety, sustainability, and service is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for 1st

Shift.

Position Highlights

The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for raw materials and maintenance

parts ordering, ensuring key spares are on hand. The Coordinator will also maintain PM

checklists and schedules, as well as writing and maintaining work orders for

out of spec items. The position reports directly to the Maintenance Manager, coordinating between the Manager and Production Leadership to schedule planned maintenance projects including proactively anticipating and managing parts lead times to ensure minimal interruption of production and maintenance.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Detail oriented with inventory experience
• Ability to work both independently as a self-starter and collaboratively as part of a team
• Mechanical and / or manufacturing understanding and aptitude
• Ability to prioritize and manage projects within timeframes and budgets
• Organization and follow-through
• Commitment to safety and housekeeping
• Minimum of two years of related work experience
• Associate’s degree in a related field preferred
• Lift, push and pull a minimum of 50lbs repeatedly
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Pay: $23 - $30 / hour
