WHAT A TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE
- Communicate to physicians, ancillary providers and families any changes of condition or other care related information ensuring continuity of care
- Provide medication administration to an assigned group of residents according to physicians orders and report any adverse reactions or clinical observations documenting as necessary
- Use your astute observation & critical thinking skills when responding to resident care needs
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families throughout your shift
- Advance your nursing skills & mentor others by working in a fast paced team-oriented Assisted Living & Memory Care community
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid LVN / LPN License in the state in which you plan to practice
- Critical thinking, problem solving & customer service skills
- Demonstrated success in time management and prioritizing work
