We're looking for a Line Cook to join our team to prepare food in a fast-paced, high volume setting. A successful candidate will be comfortable dealing with high volumes of food orders, will be able to follow recipes and instructions from the Chef, and should have at least one year of experience working in a professional kitchen. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in the food industry and working with others, and the ideal candidate is responsible and self-motivated.

Responsibilities:

• Follow the recipe and communicate with the chef about food.
• Follow procedures for using equipment and for food preparation.
• Wash, peel, trim, and slice vegetables.
• Clean equipment and utensils.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, such as slicing and dicing.
• Follow legal regulations for food preparation.
• Calculate costs for ingredients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
