Blue Moon Fish Company is a fine dining restaurant on the intercaostal waterway. Blue Moon is known for creative cuisine, exceptional service and incredible waterway views. The restaurant has been serving guests for over 25 years, earning the reputation as one of South Floridas finest restaurants.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Line Cook to join our team. The successful candidate will have a background in fine dining and restaurant experience, and will be comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment. Our restaurant requires capable individuals with strong multitasking skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to nutrition guidelines for food preparation and menu planning.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal food regulations.
• Prepare, cook, and serve food in a timely manner.
• Prepare food in a sanitary manner.
• Have knowledge of local and national food restrictions and regulations.
• Be available to work nights and weekends as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
