Austill's Educational Services, the leading provider of school-based services in southeastern Pennsylvania, is currently seeking a Licensed Behavior Specialist (BSC) to work starting 2 days a week (any day Monday-Friday) from approximately 8:30 am - to 3 pm with preschool students in Montgomery County.

Essential functions:

• Competence in supervising and developing ABA treatment programs
• Experience supervising technicians/paraprofessionals implementing ABA treatment programs.
• Competence in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Positive Behavior Support Plans compliant with guidance provided through agency guidelines.
• Experience providing a leadership role in the implementation of Positive Behavior Support Plans with fidelity.
• Competence in training teachers and classroom staff to implement individual and classroom-wide strategies, interventions, etc.
• Experience supporting parent training, as a part of a team, to facilitate the use of appropriate supportive ABA strategies within home and community settings.

Requirements:

• Passion for working with children
• Licensed by the PA State Board of Medicine as a Behavior Specialist
• A Master's degree in a related field is required (applied behavior analysis, special education, psychology, family counseling, social work)
• 1 year of experience working with children in the field of ABA, behavior, and/or school setting is required. (* fieldwork experience counts)
• Reliable transportation as frequent travel is required. Your personal valid PA driver’s license is preferred.
