• GET PAID MORE AS A LEAD. Head start training for Care Coordinator.
• Providing high-quality care and support to our clients.
• Leading a team of caregivers and ensuring that they are providing excellent care.
• Guaranteed 40 hours plus overtime if wanted.
• Covering no-shows and call-offs when necessary.
• Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare providers.
• Assisting with personal care, medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping, as well as many Advanced Need Home Care Programs.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
• Help in the office when not working in the field.
• Helping mentor caregivers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a caregiver, with lead caregiver experience preferred but no required
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Availability to rotate working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
