Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Lead honeygrow store operations through understanding and enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs and cultural points
  • Demonstrate integrity, honesty, knowledge, and the ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members alike while promoting the culture, values, and mission of honeygrow
  • Support the General Manager in their vision to create a team of all top performers, empowered to achieve hg Standards.
  • Set a positive example for the team by leading from the front when necessary and maintaining a model honeygrow demeanor at all times, including those of high volume or unusual events
  • Fully comprehend and be able to perform every position in the store, and be trained on all stations through the Kitchen Manager level on ascension guide
  • Hold accountability for all food quality and health standards and processes, including receiving, daily inventory, par sheets and line checks, to ensure the highest product possible for our guests
  • Keep all par levels accurate and up to date to ensure proper food inventory management and to assist the AGM in food cost oversight
  • Master consistency and execution of all honeygrow recipes and exhibit a mastery of knife skills and all prep techniques
  • Oversee cash management, nightly report packaging and all other administrative work relative to daily operations
  • Ensure BOH cleanliness standards are being always met
  • Actively train and develop all store employees on honeygrow culinary standards
  • Coach and develop all team members and service managers to assist in their succession
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • ServSafe Certification preferred
  • Two (2) years of experience in a professional kitchen
  • Previous food ordering and inventory experience a plus
  • Previous certifications in food safety a plus
