- Acting as a dedicated Account Manager responsible for overall relationship and customer support for a number of Health Care clients.
- Client Liaison – providing candidate/file and company specific information and progress reports in response to clients’ inquiries / Handling all levels of inquiries from customers
- Building long term relationships with the assigned clients Maintain and improve client satisfaction and performance;
- Maintain up to date client documentation including Service Level Agreements and Terms of business, Meeting Minutes and Client Guides
- Promoting and discussing new services with their Clients
- Handling SLA reviews of their clients
- Communicating SLA changes to Service Deliver Teams
- Leading frequent Client meetings (face to face and/or conference calls)
- Conducting Client Trainings
- Generating MI reports and presentations
- Setting up and maintaining corporate operating systems with client specific information and user access
- Presenting marketing materials to clients and informing them about procedural changes
- Providing Technical support for Client and Candidates
- Liaising between Service Delivery teams and Client when additional information needed in order to complete background screening report.
- Cooperating with Service Delivery teams to ensure quality and timely service- including Answering Client specific questions from BSA’s.
- Obtaining volume predictions from clients and feeding back to Operations
- Entry level for less complex professional roles not requiring a specific degree.
- Has developed knowledge of an extensive body of technical, support or administrative policies and procedures.
- Requires extensive training and experience to perform a wide variety of interrelated, multi-skilled or standard procedural assignments and resolve a wide range of moderately complex issues.
- Accomplished in implementing practical procedures or systems, which are moderately complex and require extended skill in order to ensure proper completion.
- Basic understanding of the roles of various functional groups within own area.
- May informally act as a resource and guide and instruct others incidental to
performing work responsibilities. - Has personal responsibility for:
- Accurate, timely and responsive services in specialized areas.
- Providing expertise in a technical or administrative field.
- Work results that typically are not directly verified or checked by others
- Work is standardized, but employee is expected to choose action within
defined standards or accepted practices. - Identifies and solves moderately complex procedural issues.
- Problems are likely to involve some investigation and data gathering.

- May suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions.
- Frequent interaction within work unit on complex matters.
- Contacts are important or frequent, but are not required to gain approval or
agreement in difficult/awkward circumstances. - May have frequent customer contacts requiring tact and courtesy in complex
situations. - Can identify solutions to non-standard requests.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,121.00-$105,152.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
