Junior Communication specialist

The role of Junior Communications Specialist is to develop and implement communications programs and messages – including marketing communications, web content, and direct marketing – to educate and inform stakeholders, including customers, employees, trade media and interest groups. You will ensure executional excellence for all communications measures in line with brand positioning, corporate identity/design guidelines and global strategy.

Your responsibilities

• Preparing contents and communication plan for events (in presence and/or virtual) as well as preparing plan for customer visits.
• Preparing contents and supporting recordings for live webinar or interviews.
• Preparing contents and communication plan for different topics (e.g. sustainability, engagements).
• Writing internal article and coordination with Global Team for external communications.
• Active participation in a team on a specific project as Place4Me (Diversity & Inclusion), WHP (Health & Safety) etc.
• Preparing contents and recording for podcasts and videos.

Your background

• Diploma in Graphics – Advertising/Degree in Media Communication and Advertising, communication and Social Media Management or relevant.
• Ability to use video editor, Adobe pro etc.
• Availability to travel.
• Knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams (or similar), Sharepoint.
• Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Proactivity, teamwork skills, problem solving and result orientation will complete your profile.
