Truck Team Member – General Labor / Driver / Customer Service
Our AVERAGE rate of pay for a Truck Team member is $21/hr.

About the position:
Compensation is $17-23/hr (Base pay and daily bonuses)
Each shift starts at our University City location (Just a few blocks from the Delmar Loop).
Shifts start at 7:30 AM. No end-time is given. Hours will vary daily depending on the needs of the business
You’ll bring your positive attitude to our customers’ homes and businesses and manually remove their unwanted items.
You’ll dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities
Physically able to lift/carry 50 pounds regularly, up to 75 pounds occasionally, 100 pounds as a team lift repeatedly over a full shift.

Qualifications:
23+ years of age for Driver positions (insurance purposes)
Valid standard driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
Reliable, hard-working, and positive attitude!
Physically able to lift 75lbs repeatedly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous physical labor, customer service, sales, and/or driving experience is a plus!
A background check will be conducted
Must be able to work at least one weekend day
