About the job and Company

The Company is not a classic ticket sales service. It is a multinational ticket exchange and ticket resale brand. You will support customers in the buying and selling of tickets. They are the leading global marketplace for music, sports and entertainment tickets. Despite their rapid growth while revolutionizing a 100-billion-dollar industry, they maintain their start-up ethos and data-driven culture. They believe that small, cross-functional teams can achieve extraordinary results.

As a customer service, you will:

  • Help sellers in the sales process (account management) and buying of tickets.
  • Provide e-mail and phone support to our customers to the required standard which ensures a good balance between productivity and quality.
  • Be able to liaise with other departments as necessary.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and raise them through the appropriate forum.
  • Support customers directly on the ground at major events around the world.
  • Any other tasks as required.


Main areas of responsibility

  • Provide e-mail and phone support to our customers to the required standard which ensures a good balance between productivity and quality

Skills and Experience:

  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Italian on Native level
  • Good learning pace within IT systems, Basic knowledge to Microsoft office package
  • English level need to be C1 at least -fluent both spoken and written
  • Good motivation and soft skills.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced and multitasking environment.
  • Ability to work on a shift basis.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus.
Office location: Limerick, Ireland. (Hybrid Model) -but you will nee to live in Limerick. Brand new offices.

Language: Italian (Native) + English (C1/C2).

Work Hours: 8 hours per day

Work Shifts: Monday to Friday

Relocation Package: Yes
