Our growing business is in need of a full time Installation Coordinator at our New Castle, DE office.

The Install Coordinator duties include but not limited to:

  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met
  • Make ongoing contact with clients for projects and installations.
  • Confirming appointments for installations and meetings with clients.
  • Providing administrative support as needed
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
  • Update a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective

To meet customer demand, we are seeking an energetic individual that is highly motivated and takes initiative, along with having a high level of organizations skills to sufficiently support our Installation team and our customers. Essential characteristics for this position include excellent communication skills, teamwork, attention to detail, sense of urgency, and being punctual is required for this position. This is a full-time job during the hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. Applicants must submit to a background check. Computer and/or restaurant experience is a plus but not required.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: High school or equivalent required
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Excel & Word required. Experience with other Microsoft products, and data analysis preferred.
