Position Description:

The I&R Supervisor is responsible for the day to day individual clinical and administrative supervision of I&R Specialists. The Supervisor will assess individual and team strengths, identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the Program Manager to execute processes. The Supervisor is also responsible for overseeing maintenance of existing agency resources and the development of new materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree preferred. Possession of or eligibility for Social Work license preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in social services field required- experience working with older adults and/or individuals with disabilities and/or experience providing I&R by phone.
• A reliable car, current driver's license and safe driving record required.
