As an Information and Knowledge Management Analyst, you’ll bring your technical skills and knowledge management background to collaborate with leaders in systems and knowledge management on projects related to emerging threats throughout the US Indo-Pacific theater of operations. You will use your skills as a front-line interface to users with technical issues, network system maintenance, and make recommendations for hardware and software improvements to internal database staff. You will conduct systems analysis to keep systems current with changing technologies and install new software, troubleshoot, and grant permissions to applications and training users.

You Have:

• Experience with maintaining Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) or Thin Client Management

• Experience with configuring and troubleshooting SSL and IPSec VPNs

• Experience with troubleshooting network issues in an enterprise-scale environment

• Knowledge of routing protocols, including RIP, EIGRP, MPLS, BGP, and OSPF

• Secret clearance

• Associate's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with cloud-based technology

• Experience with implementing certificate-based encryption on network devices

• Ability to dynamically present concepts and ideas to clients and industry partners

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Top Secret clearance

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
