Individual Support Professional (Direct Care)
Job description
At Hopewell, ISP staff are responsible for the primary care and support of 1-3 individuals in a community or independent life setting (home, work, community access, volunteer, leisure, etc) or in a day program facility. In some settings, transportation is required. High School Diploma or GED is required. Criminal Background Check will be conducted Ability and willingness to be certified as AMAP required. All training provided.
