Le tue responsabilità
'- Intervenire prontamente per soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti e offrire suggerimenti per migliorare continuamente l’interazione con loro;
- Assicurarsi che i clienti abbiano un’ottima esperienza d’acquisto in ogni momento della giornata;
- Garantire che le procedure operative quotidiane e le azioni stabilite dal responsabile della propria area vengano implementate;
- Avere una panoramica del business plan del negozio e dei piani d’azione di IKEA Food e contribuire al piano d’azione della propria area aiutando il responsabile a implementarlo insieme al team;
- Offrire prodotti sani e gustosi attraverso una presentazione e una comunicazione dell’assortimento che risultino accattivanti;
- Interessarsi con passione ai prodotti e informarsi attivamente sul relativo contenuto, sull’origine e su altri vantaggi;
- Condividere queste informazioni con i clienti.
