YOUR LIFE AS AN HVAC SERVICE MANAGER

In this essential management position, we rely on you to oversee our HVAC team while ensuring we are providing exceptional work and customer service. Much of your time is spent leading our technicians, encouraging and mentoring them to do their best, while working on efficient and successful work. Additionally, you enjoy taking opportunities to train and coach your team to ensure they are knowledgeable and improve their skills as well as grow in their understanding of company procedures. When working with customers, you are quick to answer any questions and work to adequately resolve any issues or concerns that may arise. You are a team player and work well with a variety of people as you work to support our office, field team, and sales staff as well as review financial and daily reports. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• At least 5 years of management experience
• Can understand financial statements as well as create and adhere to budgets
• Current driver's license and a good driving record
• Can lead others effectively
