1st Liberty FCU is actively searching for a
Human Resource Assistant located in our R.H. Scott branch office, just outside of the main gate of Malmstrom Air Force Base in Great Falls, MT. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: supporting the job activities of the Human Resource Director, general accounting, GL reconcilements, clerical, assisting with wellness for the credit union and various projects which includes detailed research, problem-solving, taking and transcribing minutes, personnel database, timesheet and payroll entries, various filing, file maintenance/coping and additional duties as assigned by the H.R. Director.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma/Equivalent.
- Prefer 1 year of clerical and/or basic accounting experience.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- This position requires flexibility and excellent interpersonal skillse
- Basic knowledge of standard office equipment, 10 Key calculators,s and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent listening and written/verbal communication skills.
- Proven organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proven team player.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
