Ro Health in Tacoma is excited to be adding to our team! We're looking for an energetic, self-starter, that is hyper organized to work in a team based environment as a Credential Coordinator. The Credential Coordinator (HR) is responsible for managing routine compliance requirements and assisting healthcare providers through the onboarding process. This is an entry-level position that will launch the right candidate into a career in the healthcare staffing and recruiting industry!

Responsibilities for Credential Coordinator

• Assist candidates through Ro Health’s onboarding process

• Conduct reference and background checks

• Manage staff credentials

• Assist in document management and clerical work

• Create candidate profiles

• Develop job descriptions

• Gather and analyze monthly performance improvement data

• New hire orientation

• Coordinate and manage employee evaluation process

• Other assignments as needed

• Comply with regulatory agency requirements

Qualifications

Required:

• Ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent time management skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and an ability to work under pressure

• Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree from Accredited University

• Interest in Human Resource Management
