LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a HR Coordinator for one of our clients located in the Glenview, IL area. The ideal candidate must gave minimum 1 year of HR experience ideally within the onboarding process. This is a Contract To Hire position with an hour pay rate between $19 and $20 based on experience.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Onboard new candidates
• Performing background checks of new employees
• Entering Leave of Absence claims into the HRIS System
• Assisting employees with benefits questions
• Update documentation in HRIS
• The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills and attitude, and be responsive to employee/management needs.
