Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Internal Communication & Employer Branding Intern located in our Milan, Italy site.
The Internal Communication & Employer Branding Intern will take on responsibilities from the HR and Marketing and Communication areas, interacting closely with the local and global Flex community, and contributing to building relationships with our external partners.
What a typical day looks like:
  • Offer support in the organization of Flex Milan events, webinars, employee engagement activities, Sustainability and Inclusion & Diversity initiatives
  • Execute the internal communication strategy by creating newsletters, presentations, articles and videos based on our editorial calendar
  • Keep our internal communication portal updated,
  • Support employer branding activities to attract new talents and raise our brand awareness among potential candidates
  • Collaborate with Flex global teams on branding initiatives
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
  • Master’s Degree in Communication, Human Resources/Business Administration or Humanities
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Good writing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Basic video-making knowledge and passion for graphic tools will give you an advantage
