We will count on you to:

  • Deliver the highest quality of service in HR operations, controlling data for payroll and monthly payments.

  • Partner with external provider to review time entries in time & absence management system and adjust disbursements and entitlements according to OpCo specific policies, partner with internal departments as necessary and ensure compliance with all legal documentation for affected colleagues.

  • Insurance coverage management (opening / renewal / closing policies and communications to employees) and corporate welfare measures (platform management, supplier verification, employees support) supporting Compensation & Benefits Dept.

  • Update and maintain the HR system of records with all information pertaining to an employee.

  • Provide employee data/history from HR Management System for all government, statutory and business requests.

  • Ensure company policies are in compliance with regulations and laws, also concerning health and safety legislation.

  • Provides administrative support to the HR Team and manage administrative deadlines.

  • Provide answers to employees' questions on labor law and social security.

  • Update and maintain integrity of HR process flows and internal documentation.

What you need to have:

  • Degree is required, preferably in Economics, Mathematics or Statistics

  • At least 2 years of HR experience in the HR Operations / Payroll / Comp&Ben Dept.

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office: advanced ability to use the main IT tools and in particular Excel is a fundamental requirement for the evaluation of applications.

  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with their client group and colleagues through regular contact and liaison.

  • Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills; must be a self-starter, proactive, responsive, detailed and resourceful.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with strong written and verbal communications; must handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
