Join the HOTWORX Team! We are a 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio…. the first ever implementation of 3-dimensional training. We combine Heat (dimension 1), Infrared Energy (dimension 2) & Exercise (dimension 3) to help members flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories. Our studio offers 24-hour access to unlimited sessions ranging from Hot Yoga to Hot Cycle, Hot Buns and more.

Our exclusive workouts are led by a virtual instructor in a semiprivate environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME! General Managers must be prepared for an exciting opportunity with unlimited earning potential while helping the community burn massive amounts of calories!

GM In Studio Work Hours*: 40-hour work week

Responsibilities

· Show up daily and on time with the mindset to execute every job duty and function with absolute enthusiasm

· Coach and train sales staff while achieving personal sales goals to lead by example along with interviewing, hiring, and firing of staff

· Meet with owner daily to report on sales trends and prospecting efforts

· Ensure that requirements for prospecting new members are met or exceeded monthly

· Ensure that the studio and each employee achieves all daily, weekly and monthly performance goals

· Hold the team accountable to established sales goals.

· Train all Fitness Sales Associates according to HOTWORX® training material and programs

· Manage staff schedule, process payroll, manage the studio relating to all maintenance

· Utilize social media and all other marketing and advertising media to engage members and the community and to help grow the member base and brand awareness daily

· Use online platforms and software for customer relations management processes, POS systems for membership sale, billing and collections as well as for email and texting campaigns

· Always provide superior service to members by creating a positive and motivating environment

· Coach and train sales staff while achieving personal sales goals to lead by example along with interviewing, hiring, and firing of staff

· Completing all required trainings both online and in person as required by owners, to ensure you have all the tools needed to be successful

Training & Certification

● Complete HOTWORX® Certification. Repeat once annually as a refresher

● Complete all assigned HOTWORX® University Online required courses included in General Manager curriculum. Courses must be repeated once annually

● Complete any newly introduced HOTWORX® University Online courses as they are available

● Complete any additional regional training seminars as they are scheduled and made available

● Complete on-site shadow training including the daily studio operations, equipment maintenance, product training and all other applicable on-site applications

● Subscribe to the HOTWORX® weekly blog. read weekly and put into practice.

● Ensure that all staff members do the same. Encourage customers to subscribe to the blog as well.

● Complete any assigned webinar and/or phone conference sessions and be prepared to take any quizzes or tests to ensure material is retained.

● Attend the annual HOTWORX® Convention.

● Additional training requirements may be required at any time.

GM role is salaried (+) commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
