We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals for the position of full time and part time Guest Service Representative. This role is vital to the success of our property and to the operations of our staff.

Essential Job Functions

· Closing and balancing all room accounts

· Counting and balancing cash and credit card receipts

· Making Adjustment or corrections to accounts as needed

· Completing various computer audit reports

· Registering guests

· Making reservations

· Answering the phone

· Conducting security walks

Additional Responsibilities

· Any other duties assigned by Supervisor

· Fulfilling guest requests

· Checking guests in/out of their rooms

· Light cleaning of the lobby and public areas

· Whatever it takes to ensure our guests are extremely satisfied with their stay

Qualifications & Requirements

· Previous Hotel experience will be helpful, especially with Choice Brands

· Must be able to problem solve in order to resolve guest issues that may arise

· Must be able to respond to emergency situations

· Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision

· Provide excellent customer service

· Organized and efficient with the ability to multitask

· Computer literate
