Requirements and Qualities of a Caregiver:

Must be 18 years or older High School diploma -
Valid driver’s license and liability auto insurance coverage -
Have a friendly, caring, and professional attitude
Core Job Duties:
We offer paid training to all Caregivers, which covers the following responsibilities:

Build rapport with clients, engaging in conversation and providing companionship -
Ensure the client's home is organized and that safety measures are in place -
Provide emotional support and encouragement -
Assist with mobility needs -
Provide client with transportation -
Assist with non-medical hygiene and personal care needs -
Assist clients with their prescribed healthcare plan -
Monitor and report changes in physical and mental behavior -
Position may include caring for clients with dementia
