Description
As a Central Sales Support Specialist you will be a key member on the Centralized Support Teams to deliver a great advisor and client experience. You will provide day to day sales support to financial advisors including responding to client inquiries, processing account transactions, and assisting with account opening. Provide excellent service by building rapport with clients and internal/external partners. This position will require you to develop an expertise on process and procedures to assist with identifying, researching, and resolving client account and operational issues. Must maintain a current knowledge of products, services, systems and related technology.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of experience within Investments/Financial Services
At least 9 months of customer service experience within Investments/Financial Services
Series 6, Series 63, and Life and Health license
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills as well as excellent organizational skills, and problem solving skills
Familiarity with investment acumen, including investment products, Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Ability to create and foster strong partnerships with business partners, working independently as well as in a team environment
Demonstrated high degree of initiative and accountability
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment; adaptive to change
