20 hours per week, Corporate Fitness Center

As a Health Fitness Professional, you can make a direct impact on the well-being of our members at our corporate client site in Bedminster, NJ, through the coordination, implementation, and delivery of health and fitness improvement programs and services, fitness center promotions and outreach activities. In this personable and high energy role, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding service to members & program participants to maximize participation, outcomes and customer satisfaction. The HFP is highly involved in the success and engagement of members on the fitness floor and handles some administrative & reporting tasks in addition to other duties as needed/assigned. Plan a flexible & consistent 20 hpw schedule working 3-4 weekdays!

What you’ll bring with you:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Health Promotion, Kinesiology or related discipline. (New 2023 Grads welcome to apply)
• Prior experience within the fitness or wellness industry preferred.
• Current Adult First Aid and CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
• Strong & positive customer service focused attitude with the ability to establish professional rapport.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including at minimum Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
• This client site requires full COVID-19 vaccination as an essential job function.
