DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:

Group Fitness Instruction:

To provide safe and effective beginner, intermediate and advanced Group Exercise instruction in various formats.

Must possess current Nationally Accredited Certifications

CLASS SCHEDULES/TIMES:

Classes will be conducted Monday thru Saturdays at various times.

Formats:

• Group Exercise General
• HIIT
• Bootcamp
• Zumba
• Spin
• Yoga

Rate of Pay:

$25.00 per class

License/Certification:

• CPR/AED Certification (Required)
