We are hiring for a Grounds/Landscape Manager for Williamstown School District. You must have proficient experience in Landscaping, Janitorial, and snow removal. This is a top leadership position is responsible for managing and orchestrating strategy, marketing, financial, administration, operational and staffing functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building culture and cohesiveness, while maintaining structural leadership. This individual will be engaged in the details, hands on, sleeves rolled up role involving meetings with clients, staff, vendors, recruiting, training, coaching etc. We are seeking a professional to drive results and operational effectiveness with our team of talented branch managers.

Position Requirements:

• 5 years of relevant management responsibility.

• Developing and achieving budget and operational plans.

• Commercial landscape/janitorial industry experience depth required

• Experience with building and leading teams and managing multiple locations.

• Proven track record of growth, profit achievement and talent management

• Excellent communication and computer skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft office suite

• Excellent written and verbal skill

• Friendly personality, professional appearance and a can-do attitude required

Salary $60,000 annually

Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm
