Job Overview

As a member of Nifty Fifty’s Game Room Staff, you will be required to maintain multiple areas of the game room. You will be required to repair and maintain our building, games, & golf course. You will also assist our guests with game issues, redemption, golf questions, & party questions. The Game Room Staff, provides the ultimate birthday party & other group events. You will work hard at providing outstanding customer service and making our valued customers feel like a part of our Nifty’s family.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Complete daily and weekly cleaning projects
• Other additional tasks management may need assistance with

Redemption & Golf Counter

• Maintain redemption
• Presents guest check to each guest and accepts approved form of payment
• Makes correct change or completes the proper charge card procedure
• Thank patrons and kindly invites them back for future outings
• Assist customers on and off the golf course
• Maintain the golf course greens, trash, and equipment

Party Hosting/Serving

• Lead the party through various activities
• Write down and prepare the food for party at various stages
• Provide the guests with their party favors and game cards
• Stay with guests for the duration of their party
• Presents guest check to each guest and accepts approved form of payment
• Makes correct change or completes the proper charge card procedure
• Thanks patrons and kindly invites them back for future outings
• Stay with guests for the duration of their party
