Powell’s Furniture an industry leader in the furniture sales, known for quality brand names and superior customer service is hiring Full-Time Delivery Associate! Our delivery teams are professional, courteous, and genuinely enjoy working with people. Solid communication skills, a working knowledge of electronics, and dependability are necessary.

The Work

• Loading, securing and unloading furniture into the delivery vehicle, safely transport without damage. This requires bringing furniture into homes/buildings and setting up/building pieces.
• Assembly and delivery of furniture
• Ensure all merchandise is clean and in operating condition on delivery

Requirements

• Ability to work schedule – Tuesday through Saturday

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly
• Be able to take direction
• High energy
• Positive Attitude
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proper customer service etiquette
• Maintain a professional appearance
