Front Desk/Staffing Coordinator $16 an hour (South Miami) (South Miami)

We are a Home Care Agency that provides in Home Care Services with a Nurses Assistants to Elderly Patients through out all of Miami

Looking for a Fluent Bilingual (English and Spanish), personable, multi-tasking individual with a strong customer service background. Must also be well-spoken, likes working with people, be genuinely positive, kind, and enthusiastic.

*Duties include answering multi-line phones, receiving/greeting applicants, giving applications, making sure that every application is in order and complete, printing backgrounds, credentialing, keeping files organized, assisting the office manager when she needs it, writing down messages, filing away all while providing excellent customer service, staffing nurses aides with patients.

Be willing and able to fill in for personnel in other departments and perform other non-assigned duties as needed.

*Experience in-home care or knowledge of the home care industry preferred.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED with two years of related experience or training.
Experience in-home care or knowledge of the home care industry preferred.
Must have computer skills and be proficient in word, excel, and internet navigation.

Hours are from Monday-Friday 10am-5pm

We are located on 63rd Avenue and Sunset Drive in the back of South Miami Hospital

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
