Radisson Collection Hotel, Palazzo Touring Club (5 Star Hotel)

Guest Relations Agent responsibilities play an important role providing excellent services to the Guests, making the stay pleasant and comfortable.

She/He will take care that all issues have been solved promptly, so to ensure a great Customer Experience. She/He will be part of the existing Front Office Team.

Main Activities will be:

• Meet and greet guests upon their arrival at the hotel
• Interact with guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere
• Support the Front Office Team with Check-in & Check-out Operations
• Coordinate and supervise activities for guests
• Attend to guests' queries, needs and other special requests
• Listen to complaints put forward by guests, resolve stressful situations and provide solutions to problems
• Promote the facilities and services offered by the hotel
• Cooperate and coordinate with the other hotel departments to provide an efficient service
• Escorting the Guest to the room
• Provide general information and directions
• Advise and assist guests on leisure activities, restaurant’s reservation, places to visit and travel arrangements
• Be especially attentive to repeating guests and other VIP guests
• Farewell Guests at the end of their stay

Mandatory requirements for this position are:

• Positive Attitude and guest oriented
• Previous Experience in 5* Hotel and in the same role
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
• Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned
• Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
• Strong Communication Skills
• Fluent in English
• Additional language skills: French - Arabic or Russia
• Delivers on departmental plans and objectives, where hotel initiatives & targets are achieved

• Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and value.
