You will need to live within commuting distance to our Mahwah, NJ office. You will need to be in the office 1-2 days a week, but you will have the flexibility to work from home on the other days.

What you will do
As a Financial Analyst you will monitor key business metrics and provide insights to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners across the organization
Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial projections for accuracy and completeness
Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting purposes
Utilize Power BI to create dashboards and visualizations for senior management
Prepare and post month-end journal entries, including accruals, depreciation, and other necessary adjustments to ensure accurate financial statements
Review and analyze variances between actual results and budget or forecast
Prepare and analyze product-level financial reports for the business units, including revenue, costs, and surgeon user metrics
What you will need
Bachelor's Degree required
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including experience with financial modeling and data analysis
Familiarity with Power BI and an interest in using data visualization to drive insights
