You will need to live within commuting distance to our Mahwah, NJ office. You will need to be in the office 1-2 days a week, but you will have the flexibility to work from home on the other days.

What you will do

As a Financial Analyst you will monitor key business metrics and provide insights to stakeholders

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners across the organization

  • Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial projections for accuracy and completeness

  • Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting purposes

  • Utilize Power BI to create dashboards and visualizations for senior management

  • Prepare and post month-end journal entries, including accruals, depreciation, and other necessary adjustments to ensure accurate financial statements

  • Review and analyze variances between actual results and budget or forecast

  • Prepare and analyze product-level financial reports for the business units, including revenue, costs, and surgeon user metrics

What you will need

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including experience with financial modeling and data analysis

  • Familiarity with Power BI and an interest in using data visualization to drive insights
