JOB SUMMARY to source, attract, and interview high-quality applicants through a variety of resources. You will build long-term relationships with team members and the community as the first point of contact in their journey into a new career and skill for life.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Develop and fulfill recruiting strategies at all Eco locations
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates internally and externally by developing networking relationships to include succession planning
• Host virtual recruiting sessions as our Company and Trade Advocate
• Create presentations, host and attend hiring events
• Schedule and complete interviews and collaborate to make hiring decisions
• Navigate multiple software systems for job posting, candidate tracking, and hiring
• Maintain relationships with sources for a recruiting pipeline, including trade schools, high schools, and social networking sites
• Source, attract, and interview high-quality applicants through a variety of resources
• Be part of roundtable discussions through a network of recruiting professionals
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to create job postings, materials, and social media branded recruiting ads to promote the brand & culture.
• Maintain a professional appearance and knowledge on all company policies, missions, growth plans, and staffing budgets
• Develop and maintain new recruiting processes to increase efficiency, tracking and advance the candidate experience
• Willing to work under tight deadlines and maintain exceptional judgment and discretion regarding sensitive matters and information

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Extremely organized with excellent time management and dependability
• The ability to navigate and learn necessary software and platforms

• Strong decision-making skills
• Skilled in administrative activities and understanding of basic HR accountabilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
