Kava Culture, Kava Bar is seeking a reliable individual with the necessary skills to support our

multiple bar locations. The ideal candidate for this position has experience in all types of tasks

related to construction and maintenance (including, but not limited to, bar refreshes, painting,

carpentry, plumbing leaks, repairing furniture and flooring). We're looking for an individual who

can perform a wide variety of tasks, can complete all jobs quickly, accurately, efficiently and

takes pride in their work. Knowledge in plumbing and electrical work is a plus.

  The Facility Maintenance Technician will be responsible for responding to work orders

submitted from our various bar locations (Clearwater - Naples).

• This role is required to be the repair technician and maintains the preventative

maintenance across all locations.

• Seeks, schedules and supervises vendors when repairs cannot be performed internally.
• Keeps senior management informed of possible budget issues at their assigned locations.
• Keeps records and prepares required reports.
• Determines need and contributes recommendations when equipment should be replaced.
• Inspects the work of outside contractors for adherence to plans and specifications.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be skilled in analyzing a problem and arriving at a reasonable and economical solution.
• Knowledge of materials, methods and equipment used in maintenance of HVAC, Highly Desired.
• Tools and personal work vehicle are a plus
• Must have Valid drivers' license, with clean driving record and able to navigate and drive a 1/2 ton extended van.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must be available for on-call night and weekend rotation.
• Must be able to pass drug test and driving record check
