Who We Are Looking For:

The Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator will execute maintenance needs for our current retail and corporate office locations. The Facilities Project Coordinator will be responsible for all day-to-day property management functions of our locations, including; property maintenance, property appearance and condition, and tenant relations. The Facilities Project Coordinator expedites maintenance repairs in existing stores from first request through completion to return stores to regular operating efficiency in a timely manner.

The Facilities Project Coordinator will manage all seasonal services.

Your Role:

• Manage tasks in Net Suite case / task management system.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the properties.

• HVAC and other quarterly maintenance project management.

• Acts as the primary contact for Retail site leadership for facility health

• Provide weekly information to supervisors on the status of maintenance projects through narrative and written reports.

• Analyzes claims for change orders; evaluates contractor invoices relative to contract payment schedules (remove, more construction), certifies all contractor invoices for final payments schedules, certifies all contractor invoices for final payments and authorizes all final payment vouchers.

• Expedite maintenance repairs in existing stores from first request through completion to return stores to regular operating efficiency in a timely manner.

• Serve as the primary maintenance contact for Field & Corporate regarding maintenance requests.

• Negotiate and set schedules for these required maintenances.

• Communicate to landlord's repair requests under their purview

• Manage, review, execute and report needed maintenance from the management system.

• Complete actual repairs for minor incidents not requiring professional assistance or travel.

• Update progress and completion of maintenance projects through the task management system.

• Complete maintenance projects related to new store openings as needed

• Review utility bills to ensure stores are running efficiently

Who You Are:

• 1-2 years of experience with maintenance, and facilities.

• Related Degree or relevant experience.

• Experience and ability to manage a case / task management system.

• Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and able to multi-task.

• Able to consistently meet and manage deadlines within a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and operate with a strong sense of urgency.

• Able to work effectively in a team environment focusing on customer service and follow up.

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and written.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
