We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced, talented and creative Executive Sous Chef to join us for the continued expansion of the award-winning brand, Zuma, to Boston.

Working closely with the Executive Chef, the successful Executive Sous Chef should bring with them a wealth of creative knowledge and an eye for detailed presentation. By using only the best ingredients, the chef should be at ease with Japanese cuisine and understand how to bring the best flavors to the dish.

The successful Executive Sous Chef should have a highly impressive career background, having built their expert understanding of Japanese cuisine within only the most revered and regarded restaurants around the globe. Alongside your operational culinary talent, we need the successful chef to have an inspirational management style and be exceptionally passionate about the development of their team.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
