What does the right candidate look like for this role?

General Job Summary:

To provide direct support to executive team such as drafting presentations, booking travel, and coordination of meetings and calendars. Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, and maintaining all office operations.

This role is best suited for someone who forward-thinking, creative, with a can-do attitude.

  • Troubleshooting - Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.

Qualifications and Skills Required (Minimum qualifications):

Education: 2-year Degree or vocational certificate preferred

Experience: Previous experience working in a similar role minimum of 3 years

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

Ability to read, write, communicate and follow written and oral instructions in the English language.

Functions as a team member.

Ability to communicate with empathy and compassion.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Regular business hours Monday-Friday with occasional evenings based on the needs of the executive team.

Starting Salary: $55-65K DOE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
