Entry Level Line Workers

Looking for a job? No experience? Badger State Staffing has the perfect opportunity!! We are hiring individuals with positive attitudes and good work ethic for these positions. As Team production worker, you will be trained on the job, with room for advancement in the future! Employees with regular attendance and commendable work performance, are eligible for permanent hire, after 90 days. You will then qualify for merit, progression, wage increases, starting at six months, in the company’s official employment. An available benefit package will include: health insurance, life insurance, short term disability, ten vacation days per year and up to ten paid holidays per year. Your Role as A Team Assembler:

· Light duty assembling and packaging in small teams

· Standing for 8 -10 hours per shift

· Lifting up to 10 pounds routinely

· Complying with all safety guidelines

· Working overtime as needed
