WHO WE NEED:

We are looking for a talented, friendly, and energetic Receptionist to join the VEG family! You are someone who is energized by helping people. In fact, you LOVE people and are passionate about solving their pet problems. Someone who is excited by providing exemplary customer service and providing a smooth and seamless experience for our customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Providing first level customer service
• Handle all phone inquiries, transferring calls to appropriate party
• Greet clients and their pets
• Keep reception desk tidy and the refreshment center fully stocked
• Enter client information into company software
• Process payments

WHO WE NEED:

• Prior experience with animals in a veterinary environment is a major plus!
• Must have 2+ years of prior experience working as a Receptionist
• Knowledge of Infinity/ImproMed is a major plus
• Flexible and available to work nights, weekends and holiday shifts
